Our Leadership

Leading Through Service, Responsibility and Unity

The Sen. Natasha Supporters Network (SNSN) believes that strong leadership is the foundation of a strong organization.

Our leadership structure is designed to provide direction, coordinate members, strengthen communication and ensure that the activities of the Network are properly organized.

At SNSN, leadership is not simply about holding a position. It is about service, responsibility, accountability, integrity and commitment to the people we represent.

Our Leadership Philosophy

We believe that effective leaders should lead by example.

An SNSN leader should be someone who is willing to:

  • Listen to members
  • Serve responsibly
  • Encourage participation
  • Promote unity
  • Communicate clearly
  • Respect organizational procedures
  • Support community development
  • Accept responsibility
  • Work with others
  • Protect the integrity of the Network

Our leadership philosophy is built around the principle that leadership is an opportunity to serve, not simply a position to occupy.
